Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asahi America A94W parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Atlas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Axiomtek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Automate-Scientific product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas such as the QCM2T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P112675RC manufactured by Axiomtek and we are pleased to be able to service most Axiomtek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ValveLink by Manufacturer Automate-Scientific as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Asco Brand S261SG02N3G7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Auto.direct such as E7T6C equipment made by Auto.direct have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K15M0242F23000XFM by Ashcroft and E7T6C spares by Auto.direct are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC8210G4MO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco.
